The Childrens eLibrary serves public and school libraries nationwide with secure and simple eBook distribution.

In the course of this project Medium Rare helped to reposition a consumer e-publishing company into educational and institutional sales, developing new approaches to products, services and marketing, and executing this new vision in a sophisticated data-driven website and underlying technical, operations and marketing infrastructures.

This new distribution system features public key encrypted webpages, PDFs and other document formats. It manages licenses and license sales for a variety of business and security models, authorizes license transfers, confirms required software, manages and tracks downloads for ease-of-use, use reporting and document management.
